Step-by-step: how it works within your organization

Step 1: Install the X‑Guard Alarm App

Employees install the X‑Guard Alarm App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After installation, they register via a QR code or unique link tied to the organization, instantly connecting to the internal safety network.

Step 2: Alarm call within your organization

If a colleague feels unsafe or there’s an emergency, they can send an alarm via the app. Only colleagues from the same organization and region receive this alert – including location and a brief description. This makes the system ideal for healthcare institutions, transport firms, security providers, or large work campuses.

Step 3: Confirm your availability

Colleagues can indicate in the app whether they are available to assist. If no one responds immediately, the system automatically notifies other team members nearby.

Step 4: Take action together

Once at least two colleagues confirm they’re en route, the app shows who they are. A hands-free voice connection starts automatically between the responder(s) and the person in need, allowing real-time coordination.

Step 5: Provide support on location

Internal colleagues often arrive faster and understand the situation well. They can:

  • offer medical assistance
