🔋 Battery Status

The battery icon indicates the remaining battery capacity.

A sufficiently charged battery is essential for:

  • Sending alarms;
  • Determining location;
  • Receiving messages and updates;
  • Reliable operation throughout the workday.

Battery Levels

Full Battery almost fully charged
Half Full Approximately 50% remaining
Nearly Empty Charging recommended
Flashing Critically low battery
⚡ Battery Charging

This icon indicates that the battery is currently charging.

📶 Mobile Network Available

This icon confirms that the device is connected to a mobile network.

A stable connection is required for:

  • Emergency alarms;
  • GPS location transmission;
  • Configuration updates;
  • Communication with the alarm platform.
🛰️ GPS/GNSS Active

This icon indicates that the GNSS module is active.

The TWIG Neo uses:

  • GPS
  • Galileo
  • GLONASS

for accurate location tracking.

This icon indicates that sufficient satellites have been acquired to determine an accurate location.

🛰️💤 GPS/GNSS Sleep Mode

Many organizations configure GPS to activate only when required in order to extend battery life.

GPS is typically activated when:

  • An alarm is triggered;
  • A location request is performed;
  • Tracking starts;
  • An administrator enables GPS.
📍 Tracking Active

When tracking is active, the TWIG Neo periodically sends location updates to the connected platform.

This icon indicates that no valid GPS position is currently available.

Possible causes include:

  • Indoor use;
  • Underground locations;
  • Dense urban environments;
  • Poor satellite reception.
👤↘ Man Down Active

This icon indicates that the Man Down function is enabled.

The device monitors for:

  • Falls;
  • Prolonged inactivity;
  • Abnormal body position;
  • Strong impacts.

If a potential emergency is detected, the device initiates a pre-alarm. If the user does not respond, an automatic alarm is sent.

⏸👤 Man Down Paused

This icon indicates that the Man Down function has been temporarily disabled.

No automatic Man Down alarms will be generated while this mode is active.
