By installing the X-Guard Alarm App and registering as a Hero, you contribute to a strong network of people ready to help each other. Follow the steps below and make a difference together with us!
Step 1: Install the X-Guard Alarm App

Open your phone’s camera and scan the QR code at the bottom of this page.

Follow the link to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

Download and install the X-Guard Alarm App.
Step 2: Register and become a Hero

Open the X-Guard Alarm App.

Enter your email address. If using a shared one, choose “Continue without email address.”

Scan the QR code on this page to register.

Enter your first and last name so helpers know who you are.

Enter your phone number and confirm with the SMS code.

Accept the terms and complete registration.

Allow permissions for location, notifications, and Bluetooth.
Congratulations – you are now a Hero!
As a Hero, you can receive alarm calls and help others in emergencies.

Step 3: Pair your alarm button (if ordered)

Enable Bluetooth on your phone.

Open the X-Guard Alarm App → Settings.

Tap the menu (three lines) → Change settings.

Go to Bluetooth Alarm Buttons → Add button.

Hold the X-Guard logo button for 10 seconds until pairing is complete.

Name your button and save.
Step 4: Complete your profile

Add a profile photo so helpers can recognize you faster.

Save important phone numbers as favorites so you don’t miss emergency calls.
