You’re still logged in if you open the app and immediately see your dashboard with all functions available. If the app shows a login screen instead, you're logged out.
**Signs you're still logged in:**
- You see your alarm status and notifications right away
- You can modify settings or activate the alarm
**Signs you're logged out:**
- The app shows a screen with “Log in” or “Sign in”
- You don’t have access to alarm features or settings

#### 2. What You’ll See If You’re Logged Out
You’re logged out when:
- The app asks you to enter your email address or username
- You can no longer access core functions
- The app requests a new verification code
This can happen after an app update, data reset, or if you logged out manually.

### Step-by-step:
1. Open the **X‑Guard Alarm app**
2. Tap **“Log in”**
3. Enter your **email address** or **username**
- Most users use their email address
- If you’ve set a username, use that instead
4. Tap **“Next”**
5. You’ll receive an **SMS with a verification code**
6. Enter the code and you’ll be logged in again

When you first logged in, you received an email with your login details.
